ABLC offers an In-house Business Coaching Certification that focuses on how to use coaching and a coaching based leadership within organizations. Our certification stands for high quality skills and a proven experience from leadership and in-house coaching in a business environment.

ABLC supports companies and organizations in implementing a coaching culture that contains a coaching based leadership and effective inhouse business coaching.

ABLC was founded to meet the request from large companies wanting to train and certify their leaders and inhouse coaches in coaching with a business perspective.
